液态金属借助弹性体材料实现可拉伸柔性电路

瑞典EPFL的研究人员利用液态金属材料和弹性体聚合物材料(PDMS)相结合成功制备出一种可以弯曲或拉伸的柔性电路,这种电路部件最大可拉伸至原来长度的4倍。这种电路的应用是很广泛的,比如制备的柔软的器件用在智能设备上,但是需要降低制作成本。

Stretchable biphasic conductors are formed by physical vapor deposition of gallium onto an alloying metal film. The properties of the photolithography-compatible thin metal films are highlighted by low sheet resistance (0.5 Ω sq−1) and large stretchability (400%). This novel approach to deposit and pattern liquid metals enables extremely robust, multilayer and soft circuits, sensors, and actuators.(资料来源epfl.ch)
